Data Deletion Instructions
ShelfPilot users can request deletion of their account, connector tokens, synced facts, sync-run history, and generated reports.
How to request deletion
- Email meng@shelfpilot.io from the email address used for your ShelfPilot account.
- Use the subject line "ShelfPilot data deletion request".
- Include your business name and the connected platforms you want removed.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
What we delete
- ShelfPilot account profile fields associated with the verified user.
- Session records for that account.
- Stored connector tokens for Shopify, Amazon Seller, and Meta Ads.
- Synced facts, sync-run records, and generated report snapshots associated with that account.
Revoking platform access
You can also revoke ShelfPilot's authorization directly in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Meta Business tools. Revoking platform authorization stops future syncs but does not by itself delete data already stored in ShelfPilot; email us for full deletion.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or abuse-prevention reasons.
