ShelfPilot

Effective June 22, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ShelfPilot, a commerce analytics and reporting application for CPG brands. By using ShelfPilot, you represent that you are authorized to connect the business, store, marketplace, and advertising accounts you add to the service.

Use of the service

Connected platforms

ShelfPilot connects to third-party platforms only after authorization. Your use of Shopify, Amazon Seller, Meta, and other connected services remains subject to those providers' terms, policies, API rules, and authorization limits.

Reports and recommendations

Reports and recommendations are generated from available synced data and should be reviewed by the business before operational, financial, inventory, advertising, or marketplace decisions are made. ShelfPilot does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Availability

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, platform API limits, third-party outages, authorization changes, or beta-stage development. We aim to communicate material issues and restore service promptly.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service creates security risk, violates platform policies, violates these terms, or may harm ShelfPilot, connected platforms, or other users.
